What To Expect From The Discoveryland in Disneyland Paris

The attractions have been designed to give an opportunity to the people of all ages to participate and enjoy the adventures.

The Space Mountain is one of the attractions in Discoveryland.

This is a more intense experience, with a high speed launched up on the side of the mountain leading into an immediate inversion.

The other attraction is the Les Mysteres du Nautilus. This is a walk through the Captain Nemo’s Nautilus submarine from Jules Verne’s 20,000 Leagues Under the sea.

It is a quite a unique experience especially for the scientific geeks.

The Buzz Lightyear attraction is combination of a shooting gallery and a dark ride. It is so much fun and earning some points gives some motivation.

Own Experience

Discoveryland Disneyland Paris

My favorite experience was at the Autopia. This is where we drove specially designed cars through an enclosed track.

Apparently, the cars generate a moderate level of exhaust from the gasoline engines that propel them.

Last but not least, In the Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival, we experienced short animated films shown for the first time in 4D.

The effect are not only with the vision, but also in the whole theater including the seats and the floor.

In this theater, there is a sense of witnessing something spectacular!

A Travel Quote…

“All travel has its advantages. If the passenger visits better countries, he may learn to improve his own. And if fortune carries him to worse, he may learn to enjoy it.” – Samuel Johnson
