Banana pancakes are great for breakfast or brunch. They are not only tasty but also they are easy and fast to make.

✦ The Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ripe banana
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 250g of self-raising wheat flour
  • Sunflower oil

✦ The Steps of Making the Banana Pancakes

1 ✦ Peel the 2 ripe bananas, and cut them into medium pieces.

2 ✦ Put the medium pieces of the bananas in a bowl. And then mash them with a fork to form a smooth mix.

3 ✦ In a different bowl, whisk the 2 eggs.

4 ✦ Then add the 3 tablespoons of sugar and the 1/8 teaspoon of salt to the eggs and mix it well.

5 ✦ Next, add the mixture of the 3 tablespoons of sugar, the 1/8 teaspoon of salt, and the eggs to the mashed banana. And then mix this mixture well.

6 ✦ Then add the 250g of self-raising wheat flour to the mixture. And keep mixing.

7 ✦ Add the 1/2 cup of milk to the mixture. Then mix it properly until it is smooth and thick.

✦ How to Cook the Banana Pancakes

8 ✦ Heat the frying pan at a medium heat.

9 ✦ When it is warm, apply a teaspoon of the sunflower oil in the frying pan.

10 ✦ Pour like a 1/2 cup of the mixture to the frying pan.

11 ✦ Spread the mixture starting from the middle by the use of a tablespoon to form a circle.

12 ✦ Then add another teaspoon of the sunflower oil and cook it until it is brown in color.

13 ✦ Turn the other sides and cook the both sides until they are all brown.

14 ✦ Serve the pancakes.
