It’s Valentine’s Day again! Apparently, love is on the air. I choose to love my husband everyday not only on Valentine’s Day. Why, if you may ask me? After reading the origin of this day, I have my own reservations about the whole thingy. Maybe, it could be because of my age or I may blame it also on my expectations. I except to be surprised with chocolate or flowers or even a gift, once in a while when I do not really expect it. It’s a surprise… 🙂
They say “Valentine’s Day is a time to reflect on your relationship and remember all the reasons why you love each other.” Personally, I think that every couple has their own way of doing that, not necessarily on the Valentine’s day! Running my own race is my “motto” in my real life. I have no regrets in my life but lessons. They have made me whom I’m today. I’m like, “Dear past, thank you for the lessons and Dear future, I’m so ready!” Continue reading
If you wish it were possible to eat whatever you want and still lose weight, you’re not alone. Unfortunately this is not usually the case. To lose weight, I had to reduce my calorie intake and I increased my physical activities. These are some of the things that I included in my journey to loss weight: Continue reading
I have always been slim despite that I was not a healthy eater and I never exercised. My life story changed when I turned 30. I started noticing around my tummy that it was no longer flat. I was really disappointed with myself. My clothes could not fit me anymore because I was no longer size 8!
At this point of my life, I was also at the crossroads. I knew for sure that I needed to change my life. (Read also my blog on My turning point) Those who are over 30, I know that they can associate themselves with this feeling.
